Our Fees

At Desert Disability PLC d/b/a DisabilityReps.com, we work on a contingency basis, meaning we only get paid if our client's disability claim is approved. Our fee is 25% of the backpay (or retroactive benefits) you receive, but it will not exceed the statutory limit. If your case is successful, we will help you get the benefits you deserve, and our payment will come from your backpay. However, please note that you are responsible for covering any expenses related to the development of your claim, such as medical records or expert reports. We believe in being transparent, so you'll know exactly what to expect every step of the way.
